Who are we looking for?

The Sales Operations Administrator is responsible for providing support to the Sales team by executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the sales CRM platform to drive sales process improvements and resulting revenue growth. This position works closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts (SME) to identify, develop and deploy the core sales and marketing processes.

We are currently hiring this position in the following states: Oregon, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related area.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in sales, marketing, client support or similar role
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Understanding of Salesforce CRM best practices and functionality.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements related to sales process and/or Salesforce.
