Who are we looking for?  We're looking for a creative, outgoing person that is driven to find top employees for a growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Company. Things change quickly, so we are looking for someone that can act and adapt quickly. The Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruiting process; attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and keeping the best employees for DataServ while maintaining and growing a strong talent pipeline.
