Manager, Solutions Delivery

Position Description:
The Manager, Solutions Delivery is a member of the team responsible for the full client lifecycle of delivering DataServ solutions to existing as well as new logo clients. This includes, but is not limited to, project management, consulting, configuring, training, roll out, and change management for client initializations of the DataServ Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. This position is responsible for supervising and managing staff on the Solutions Delivery team. This position has overall accountability for the Solutions Delivery team responsibilities, budget, and performance. The position is responsible for developing the plan for the delivering results and driving efficiencies to improve.

The Manager, Solutions Delivery is accountable for ensuring a best-in-class initialization experience for clients. This position provides guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to the Solutions Delivery team and ensure success.

This position reports to the Director, Client Success.
