Manager, IT Infrastructure and Operation

Who are we looking for?

The Manager, IT Infrastructure and Operations is responsible for development and management of the infrastructure and operations team. This position, as a member of the management team, helps to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

The Manager, IT Infrastructure and Operations oversees outside vendors who provide company services in ITO. This position is responsible for high productivity and uptime. The DevOps-IT Infrastructure team is responsible for delivering superior client satisfaction by working with multiple DataServ team members.

We are currently hiring this position in the following states: Oregon, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related degree.
• 8+ years of infrastructure and application support in a production environment.
• 2+ years in a team leadership or management role.
• AWS or other cloud experience
  • Experience supporting applications in complex AWS infrastructures.
• Strong scripting knowledge for Windows and Linux platforms.
• Design level expertise for SaaS operating platforms.
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking, docker, firewalls, SQL Server, Mongo.
