ITO Manager - DevOps

Driven by growth and technology initiatives, DataServ has an opening for a people manager with technical prowess.  As a member of the DevOps leadership team the IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager is an important member of DataServ's management team helping deliver outstanding service to our clients.

DataServ is in the process of migrating our SaaS product offering to AWS.

This role will require someone with a hands-on type of leadership style, someone that can guide others and still roll up their sleeves to contribute to our growing infrastructure. The team's primary responsibility is to build, monitor, maintain, and operate the infrastructure for DataServ's SaaS solution.  The team also provides internal helpdesk, network, and general IT support to employees.

This position is 50% managing, 25% training and coaching and 25% hands on delivery of work.
