Client Support Production Support Tier 2 Developer I

Who are we looking for?  We're looking for a Client Support Production Support Tier 2 Developer I (PS2 Dev I) (technical support).  The PS2 Dev I is Tier 2 support for resolving client issues and cases escalated by Tier 1 team members. This position resolves support issues by conducting root cause analysis, system analysis, and data updates while working with teams throughout the organization.

This position is involved in strategizing how to lower case volume and improve turnaround time and well as mentoring and developing Tier 1 team members on case management.

The PS2 Dev I is required to be available for periodic testing before deployment of all solution enhancements.  This testing is completed outside of regular working hours.
