Role: Help Desk Technician for Employees     Company Type: Self-funded

DataServ is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team.  This position will work with DataServ employees to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.  The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical employees, thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, and enjoy ownership and responsibility over projects.  While the priority for this position is the Help Desk Technician function, this position also works as a Junior AWS System Administrator.
