DataServ is looking for a Director, Client Success.  The Director, Client Success is a critical leadership role responsible for satisfaction, retention, engagement and expansion of all clients throughout the client life cycle.  This team is responsible for all aspects of the client relationship after the sale in completed from initialization to user testing, training, go live, roll out and a client lifetime of support, upgrades, cross-selling opportunities, renewals and membership in the DataServ community.  This position is accountable for managing client experiences and ensuring that value is received.
